You are responsible for ensuring that all content and designs submitted for printing:
Digital proofs will be provided for your approval before printing. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all aspects of the proof. Once approved, changes cannot be made and we are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.
Production times are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
We strive for the highest quality in all our products. If you receive defective products due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. See our Return Policy for detailed information on returns and refunds.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
